Cedar Trial Guide does not enroll, screen, qualify, or accept anyone into any study. Submitting the interest form is not an application and creates no obligation on either side. We do not promise that any study will be open, that any introduction will be made, or that any independent program will accept you.

Any program you may be introduced to is an independent organization operating under its own protocols, eligibility criteria, oversight, and policies. Cedar Trial Guide does not control or supervise those organizations and is not responsible for their protocols, criteria, safety monitoring, communications, conduct, or outcomes. Review everything they give you and ask your own questions before agreeing to anything.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to submit health records or sensitive personal identifiers through our forms. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Text messaging is entirely optional and governed by our SMS Terms of Service. Consent to messages is never a condition of using this site or of any coordination service.
